    The room was super clean and we appreciated that a lot! We also liked the fact that we didn't need a key card to unlock the door. the hotel's location was fantastic, in the heart of the city, close to several popular attractions and restaurants.

    We had a bit of trouble with the check-in process. It wasn't explained clearly to us before we arrived, which caused some confusion.
